We developed the sauce to embrace the feelings of the Jersey shore. Warm breezes, the smell of the ocean, the freedom of time, and the spice of life.

We opened our shop in 2013 and added a deli in 2017. We have always wanted to develop a sauce that represents our love for the shore and good food! We collaborated with one of our hot sauce vendors - Jersey Barnfire to come up with an Award-Winning Louisiana Style Hot Sauce that is perfect on everything!
